Sussex favourites The Tar Babies, fronted by the charismatic Jules Dunkley and featuring a truly extraordinary line-up of musicians whose collective credits read like a Who’s Who of British music:



Keyboards: the brilliant Gary Sanctuary, whose credits include Simply Red and numerous major artists.
Bass: the phenomenal Lee Pomeroy, one of the most respected bass players in the business, who has performed with Rick Wakeman, Steve Hackett, Take That and many more.
Drums: the superb Sasha Trochet, another hugely accomplished musician who brings incredible energy to the band.
Guitar: the fabulous Tom Arnold, completing a line-up packed with world-class musicianship.




This isn’t a night for sitting quietly and admiring the musicians… This is New Year’s Eve and The Tar Babies know how to throw a party!




Expect a glorious, high-energy journey through some of the greatest music of the ’60s and ’70s – classic rock ’n’ roll, soul and unforgettable songs from the era of The Beatles, The Faces, Santana and many more.

We have the following ticket options: 
Upper Level dining: You'll have your table for the night around the top level. 
Dance Floor dining - fixed table: You'll have your table for the night that is situated around the edge of the dance floor. 
Dance Floor dining - table to interval: Enjoy dining and the first set at your table. Your table will then be removed to allow space for dancing 
Snug Private dining: Adjacent to the upper level, enjoy your own private dining area for up to 10 guests. This space can seat up to 12 on request. It's one fee to reserve the area. 
Dickens Bar Dining: Situated in a separate room off the main venue. Enjoy dining and your table for the night while venturing into the main venue for dancing.
Nook Dining: A cosy area just off the main venue with open access.

Dining Tickets:

Dining tickets include a table reservation for the evening and a delicious two course dinner. Upon arrival you will be shown to your table where you can enjoy dinner & drinks before kicking back to enjoy the show. There are always vegetarian/vegan options on the menu and we are happy to cater for any other dietary requirements - although we kindly ask (in the case of major allegies) that guest notify us in advance where possible.

Premium booths require a minumum of 4 persons and there is a small additional surcharge for booking. Contact our showroom on 01825 790 200 to learn more and make a reservation. All guest are welcome to explore the showrooms (which are open all evening) before and after dinner and our friendly staff will be on hand to assist with any questions you have or purchases you may wish to make. Please follow social distancing guidelines at all times and pay attention to any one way systems arranged around the venue.

Standing Tickets:

Although we recommend dining tickets as the best way to experience our events, we also have limited room for standing guests at most shows. Due to the nature of our restaurant, standing guests are invited to use our bar and shopping areas until 30 minutes before the event. Standing guests are welcome to browse the Roger Dean Gallery, make use of the heated decking area and browse our showrooms until shortly before the show begins.Please note there is no allocated seating for standing guests.

Showtimes & Information:

Please note our doors open at 7pm. Tickets are non refundable however in the unlikely event a concert is cancelled, a refund will be offered or a credit note issued.

Unless otherwise stated all concerts will begin approx 8.45pm - 9pm and generally finish between 11.15pm and midnight.

Shows will usually consist of two 45 minute sets with a short 20 minute interval although this may vary between events. Please check the event specific information on your tickets after purchase.

In line with the relaxation of Government guidelines we have made the following changes to our Events Policy. The measures below are for all of our upcoming events from 28 February 2022.

• We encourage all guests to carry out a lateral flow test before attending any concerts at TB. In the unfortunate event of you, or one of your party, testing positive we will issue you with a credit note to use for further bookings!
• Hand sanitiser will available at various locations around the venue and we encourage you to use it
• Please support our staff by showing patience whenever queuing is required. We'll be trying our best to serve you as fast as possible!
• Please do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell or if you have been in contact with anyone with symptoms of Covid 19.
• By purchasing this ticket and attending the event you are declaring that you do not have symptoms of Covid 19.
