Shipping & returns

Click & Collect

All collections will be made from the front door of the building during our normal showroom hours of 10am - 5pm. We kindly ask that our customers take the simple covid precautions when collecting purchases.

Small Items

All small items are dispatched using either Royal Mail or DHL for £4.95.

Furniture:

Delivery costs (to Mainland UK only) are calculated by weight and size with prices generally as follows:-

Small - Medium - £39

Large - £60

 

Our Delivery

You will find the calculation for each piece of furniture when you get to the checkout. Furniture is often delivered by our own team but where this is not possible we will arrange for a courier or out sourced delivery team. We will always liaise with you in advance. Please note that our teams may not carry furniture up any stairs unless we know in advance.

Due to UK Covid-19 guidelines, we are temporarily operating a bespoke delivery service, please be aware for large items you may need someone to help you bring your purchase into the property.

Alternatively you can choose to Click and Collect. We are happy to provide estimate for deliveries outside of Mainland UK on request. Feel free to call our showroom if you’d like more specific information.

Important Covid 19 Update

Please note that not all our delivery drivers feel able to enter your home at present and, of course, you may not be happy to allow someone into your home. It’s important that we have discussed this in advance of your delivery.

 

Returns

In order to make sure that your furniture is going to be very special we promise to you that if you don’t love your furniture it can be sent back straight away. Inspect your furniture on delivery and if it is not satisfactory we’ll take it away and refund you in full. Alternatively we will exchange your furniture free of charge if you let us know within 14 days*. *For a refund after delivery a collection charge will apply for full terms and conditions. UK mainland deliveries only, furniture must be in a new and unused condition, failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you, the furniture needs to be made available for collection within 14 days of cancellation.

Can my order be cancelled or amended ?

For Furniture orders you have 48 hrs to cancel or amend. For bespoke made furniture you have 14 days to cancel the order, after this time your goods will be under manufacture and cannot be cancelled. For concert tickets you have 24hrs to notify us of any errors or changes, all tickets are non refundable

Damage or incorrect items

It's important to report any damage, imperfections or incorrect items immediately with our delivery team or courier. You will be asked to sign a delivery note to say you’ve received the goods in pristine condition. We will contact you immediately if there is any issue and discuss the best option based on circumstance.

The Trading Boundaries team will thoroughly check goods before they are sent to you.If you are returning any goods yourself please make sure they are well packaged, if possible please use the original packaging. Once received we will assess the goods and issue a refund or replacement immediately.

We reserve the right to refund you with a credit note (minus handling charges) if the items are not faulty and the claim is purely aesthetic.

Minor damage to furniture is sometimes possible to be repaired. If this is the case we will send out a specialist to carry out a repair asap.

What if my items arrive and I want to return them?

For small items we are happy to exchange or refund if they are sent back to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. Refunds do not include the delivery cost.

All furniture items and antique pieces can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase and will be subject to a handling charge of 10%. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Please take care when repackaging the items as goods received damaged will not be refunded.  Please see our general Terms and Conditions for more info.

Furniture does not fit?

It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that goods can enter your property and will fit the space you have in mind. We provide weights and dimensions for all our larger products so please check areas such as doorways, curves and staircases before ordering. Collections:

Due to the busy nature of our shop we will require at least 48hrs notice of any furniture collections.
