Vaccine or PCR Test only policy | 1st August - 28th February

After a fantastic run of concerts through Summer & Autumn, we are delighted to be open for indoor concerts over Winter and cannot wait to see you all!

Most of you who are familiar with our venue will understand that a good deal of the charm and atmosphere experienced at Trading Boundaries is in the main due to the intimacy of this special place. 

Due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback we have received from our customers and guests over the past 3 months, and given the recent Government announcements we have decided to extend our entry policy to the end of February 2022. As the safety of all our guests and staff is paramount to us - All concerts during this time will be only available to ticket holders who have been double vaccinated, and can prove their vaccination through the NHS app (or paper equivalent, together with ID). 

For those of you who are unable to take the vaccine for medical purposes or choose not to, we will also accept evidence of a negative PCR test through the NHS app (or equivalent) - taken within 48 hours of attending. If this is not possible, we are very sorry that you will not be able to join us during this period, and will offer a full refund against your ticket. 

In addition, we politely request that all those attending also take a Lateral Flow Test within 12 hours of joining us, just to bring additional peace of mind to everyone at the venue.  

Masks - For dining guests we would ask that you wear a mask while being shown to your table and when you are moving around the premises. Standing guests can remove their masks while watching the concert, but please wear when moving around the venue.

We have been working hard to make sure every element of your experience has been thought through; from a major refurbishment program during the past year to a COVID-19 vaccine policy including enhanced cleaning protocols, giving you a chance to enjoy amazing live music again and most importantly feel safe. All bands and staff members are also committed to adhering to our safety policy.

By attending an event you will be declaring that neither you nor anyone in your household has tested positive for Covid 19 within the previous 14 days and that you do not currently have any Covid symptoms or are feeling unwell. 

In the unfortunate event of you displaying symptoms, testing positive or needing to self isolate, and therefore cannot attend the concert, you will be eligible for a credit for your ticket, to be used against a future concert booking.

We have spent the past few weeks discussing becoming 'vaccine only' with both concert-goers and bands and have had overwhelming support for our approach, so we hope you will find our announcement a relief, and for those of you who do not agree with our policy we hope you understand that our decision has been made in the spirit of safety. 

We very much look forward to the time when things can return to normal and that we can welcome everybody back without these precautions. 

Dining Tickets:

Dining tickets include a table reservation for the evening and a delicious two course dinner. Upon arrival you will be shown to your table where you can enjoy dinner & drinks before kicking back to enjoy the show. There are always vegetarian/vegan options on the menu and we are happy to cater for any other dietary requirements - although we kindly ask (in the case of major allergies) that guests notify us in advance where possible.

The seating plans are usually communal, especially for popular concerts, although we do have 5 premium booths ( the best seats in the house ) that are available upon request for each event. Premium booths require a minimum of 4 persons and there is a small additional surcharge for booking. Contact our showroom on 01825 790 200 to learn more and make a reservation. All guests are welcome to explore the showrooms (which are open all evening) before and after dinner and our friendly staff will be on hand to assist with any questions you have or purchases you may wish to make. Please note all tickets are non-refundable and non exchangeable unless an event is cancelled by Trading Boundaries.

Standing Tickets:

Although we recommend dining tickets as the best way to experience our events, we also have limited room for standing guests at most shows! Due to the intimate nature of our restaurant, standing guests are invited to use the dedicated standing bar area inside the showroom until 15 minutes before the event. Guests are welcome to browse the showrooms, make use of the heated garden decking and visit the Roger Dean gallery until the show begins.

Due to the intimate nature of the venue the you will never be more than 40 feet from the stage. Expect incredible acoustics and an electric atmosphere. There is room around the main dining area for standing guests and staff will point you in the right direction on the evening.

To allow diners the space to enjoy their meals without crowding, we do try and encourage standing guests to arrive from 8pm onwards. If you wish to arrive earlier to explore our showrooms then you are still more than welcome. Please note all tickets are non-refundable and non exchangeable unless an event is cancelled by Trading Boundaries.


Our doors open to guests at 7pm. Unless otherwise stated on your ticket all concerts will begin around 9pm and generally finish between 11.15pm and midnight.

Shows will usually consist of two 45 minute sets with a short 20 minute interval although this may vary between events. Please check the event specific information on your tickets after purchase.
