Trading Boundaries: Health & Safety

Please take the time to read the following update:

Although we were remaining optimistic, it is with heavy hearts that we’ve decided to temporarily close our showrooms and café with immediate effect. We feel this is the right thing to do to safeguard the health of not only everyone who shops with us but also our wonderful staff and their families.

Our website is bursting with wonderful products for you to browse and purchase online, so please take some time to have a look. We’re happy to facilitate ‘click and collect’ for local customers whilst adhering to strict social distancing protocols, otherwise please use our regular delivery options.

We are also looking at other ways to keep our loyal customers abreast of products and offers, so if you haven't already signed up to our mailing list please do so by using the link on our homepage so you stay up to date with news and developments. Our Facebook and Instagram feeds will also be busy so please like, comment and share so we can keep in touch.

Live Music & Events

Please note that all live music events until the end of May have been postponed. We continue to monitor the situation and have been in touch with all guests who have purchased tickets to any postponed events. We will announce revised dates as soon as possible so please bear with us during these extraordinary times and please be assured that any postponed concert will be rescheduled.

Support Independent Shops

We’d like to make a special request. If you decide to purchase any goods online rather than venturing out over the coming weeks, we urge you to consider looking at the websites of independent businesses such as ours. Large well known businesses will be able to weather this storm more easily than local, family run shops who may need your support now more than ever. So regardless of what it is you need, or where you live, please spend a few extra minutes searching for a company who really needs your support.

For lost items please contact the venue on 01825 790 200 during opening hours ( 10am to 5.30pm )


For large group bookings or Private Hire please contact our box office on: 01825 790 200.

ID & Age Restrictions

Children under the age of 14 are welcome to attend most events provided they are accompanied by an adult.
Please call to discuss the suitability of the event prior to booking tickets.
If you are lucky enough to look under 21, you may be asked for ID when purchasing alcohol.


Please note that we do not issue printed tickets. Please print your e-ticket and bring it with you to the event.
Your reservation will be checked on the door.

Dining Tickets

The seating plans are usually communal, depending on the popularity of the concert.
It is a very sociable environment and a fantastic way of meeting new people who share your same musical taste!
The ticket price includes a seat for the evening and a lovely two course supper.
You will be welcome to explore the store before and after dinner and our fabulous staff will be present to assist with any questions or purchases you may wish to discuss.

Standing Tickets

To allow diners to enjoy their meals without crowding, we do try and encourage standing guests to arrive from 8pm onwards.
If you wish to arrive earlier to explore our showrooms then you are still more than welcome.
Depending on the attendance for the evening we may install separate cash bars away from the main restaurant/venue area and may restrict access to the dining area up to 15mins before the concert begins.

Premium Booth

Our premium booth's offer the best views in the house and are a great way to experience any of our events. They have a minimum seating of 4 persons and can be reserved by buying 4 dining tickets any of our events and calling the box-office to upgrade. They can sit up to 6 people so if you'd like addtional seats please contact our showroom staff to arrange large boolkings. Please Note: Premium Booths can only be purchased by confirming with our box office on 01825 790 200 if you have purchased 4 tickets to an event and wish to upgrade to to a booth simply give our front desk a call. There is a small fee for upgrading to a premium booth.


Seating allocation is driven by a combination of party size and order of booking.
Should you have a seating preference, such as raised area or dance floor, do please indicate your preference at the time of booking.
Please note, although we will try our best to accommodate your wishes, we cannot guarantee any specific seating request unless you have booked and paid for a booth.

Set times

Unless otherwise stated all concerts will begin around 9pm with an interval of around 20 mins and generally finish between 11.15pm and midnight.


Our venue is located inside a retail environment and there will always be staff at the front desk to help if you wish to purchase anything. We kindly ask that guests respect the showroom and be careful with drinks around our vintage furniture & products.


The venue is wheelchair accessible and has designated bays in our front carpark for blue badge holders. Please contact a member of staff upon your arrival and we will be happy to assist in anyway we can.


All tickets are non refundable, however on very busy nights we maybe able to resell your tickets for you if we have a waiting list.

Waiting lists

If an event you are interested in is shown as sold out, please contact us and we will happily add your name to our waiting list in the case of a cancellation.

Dietary Requirements

We always include at least one Vegetarian & Vegan option on our menu and we are happy to cater for guests with other dietary requirements and allergy concerns.

If you are arranging a taxi we recommend that you prebook before the event and be prepared to offer above the minimum fare for short distances, as our location is rural.
We suggest that you do not book a return taxi until after 11.45pm to avoid disappointment if the concert is running late.
