Our delivery costs are calculated by weight and value. The average cost for small items of furniture is £35 and larger items £50. It’s simple, good value and delivered by professional couriers. If you live close to the Trading Boundaries showroom you can collect in store and we will refund the cost. Orders over £500 are shipped free of charge to one UK address.
In order to make sure that you are happy with your furniture we promise to you that if you don’t love your item it can be sent back straight away. Inspect your furniture on delivery and if it is not satisfactory we’ll take it away and refund you in full. Alternatively we will exchange your furniture free of charge if you let us know within 14 days*. *For a refund after long distance delivery a small collection charge may apply, see full terms and conditions. UK mainland deliveries only, furniture must be in a new and undamaged condition, failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you, the furniture needs to be made available for collection within 14 days of a cancellation.
Due to the busy nature of our shop please try to give us at least 48hrs notice of any furniture collections in order to make sure we have staff on hand to help you move any heavy items. For smaller items or if you are able to bring another set of strong hands with you feel free to collect anytime during our normal opening hours .
For items under 2kg we are able to provide international delivery. Please select our international delivery option at checkout.
